How to Open the Gate

No app to download, no code to remember. Your phone is your key — here's exactly what happens when you arrive.

Step 1

Arrive at the Gate

Your vehicle plate is already registered with Gatelio. The gate camera will recognise your vehicle automatically — no need to wind down your window or scan anything.

Step 2

Tap "Call Gate"

Tap the Call Gate button on this page, or scan the QR code with your phone camera to open your dialer pre-filled with the gate number. You don't need to speak to anyone.

Step 3

Caller ID is Verified

The system checks your phone number automatically — it matches against the number your host registered when they created your pass. This takes a few seconds. No app, no PIN, no code to remember.

Step 4

The Gate Opens

Once your Caller ID is confirmed, the gate opens automatically. Drive through — you're in. The whole process takes less than 10 seconds.

Call from the phone number your host registered — the system checks Caller ID, so it must be the same number.
